Boot Jack Career Positions:

Brand Specialist (Sales Associate): Use your excellent communication skills and knowledge of diverse brands to provide outstanding customer service. You will share your knowledge and learned expertise of the merchandise to assist in meeting the customers’ needs.

Cashier: Provide fast, friendly, and accurate transactions, including receiving payments and handling exchanges. You will serve a critical function by offering an outstanding checkout experience for our customers.

Custodian: Responsibilities include the overall cleaning and maintaining of the store in good order.

Marketing Specialist: Use your knowledge of diverse communication platforms to promote, highlight, and advance the awareness of the company brand and our online commerce presence and merchandise.

Shipping & Receiving: Self-starter able to work independently, assisting with the receiving, verifying, inspecting, and pricing of merchandise and preparing it for transfer to the stores.

Stocker: Re-stocks the shelves and racks with merchandise, straightens, and re-arranges the merchandise as necessary and as directed by the Supervisor.

Website Specialist: Your computer familiarity and knowledge will serve you well as you interact with our online commerce website customers shopping online, fulfilling, and shipping their orders. Knowledge of Adobe applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat preferred.

Delivery Driver: Responsible for transporting and loading and unloading of merchandise and packages between locations. Duties include handling merchandise and packages, planning the delivery routes, and delivering the merchandise and packages in a timely manner. The delivery driver will assist the warehouse staff with the processing of merchandise when not making deliveries.

* Bi-lingual is preferred for all positions
