Purchasing Discounted or On-Sale Items

The Boot Jack will gladly refund discounted or on sale items within 30 days of initial purchase. Shipping charges for returned items will apply. Exchanges on discounted and on sale items are limited to product availability. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, we cannot ensure that we will have your size available for exchange. In this case, a refund will be issued.
