Brand Specialist (Sales Associate)

Use your excellent communication skills and knowledge of diverse brands to provide outstanding customer service. You will share your knowledge and learned expertise of the merchandise to assist in meeting the customers’ needs.

Cashier

Provide fast, friendly, and accurate transactions, including receiving payments and handling exchanges. You will serve a critical function by offering an outstanding checkout experience for our customers.

Shipping & Receiving

Self-starter able to work independently, assisting with the receiving, verifying, inspecting, and pricing of merchandise and preparing it for transfer to the stores.

Stocker

Re-stocks the shelves and racks with merchandise, straightens, and re-arranges the merchandise as necessary and as directed by the Supervisor.

Delivery Driver

Responsible for transporting and loading and unloading of merchandise and packages between locations. Duties include handling merchandise and packages, planning the delivery routes, and delivering the merchandise and packages in a timely manner. The delivery driver will assist the warehouse staff with the processing of merchandise when not making deliveries. (Minimum 8 years of driving experience)

Management

Plans the daily activity for the store staff (sales, cashiers, and stockers). Prepares staff work schedule for the week. Authorizes special orders and approves merchandise returns and exchanges. Guides staff in sales techniques, customer service, store services, and merchandise. Supervises store staff, prepares evaluations, and takes corrective actions when necessary. Directs the work to keep the store organized and neat. Directs the store's security and safety activities. Performs store opening/closing process.

Website Specialist

Your computer familiarity and knowledge will serve you well as you interact with our online commerce website customers shopping online, fulfilling, and shipping their orders. Knowledge of Adobe applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat preferred.
